We decorate or organisation premises with garlands, and tricolor balloons. Our president hoists the national flag, and we distribute sweets to everyone. Local children enhance the festive spirit with their participation in cultural programs, making the day truly memorable.
Republic Day
On January 26th, we celebrate Republic Day, commemorating the adoption of the Indian Constitution in 1950. Our president hoists the national flag, uniting members, volunteers, and enthusiastic children. Sweet treats are shared to symbolize joy and unity. This day reflects India’s dedication to democracy and constitutional values, fostering pride and togetherness among its citizens.
NABARD Foundation Day
Every year, we join in celebrating NABARD Foundation Day on July 12th. This occasion honors the pivotal role of NABARD in promoting sustainable agriculture and rural development. We actively participate in various events and initiatives, reflecting our commitment to enhancing rural livelihoods, fostering financial inclusion, and supporting community development. Our collaboration with NABARD strengthens our mission to empower rural communities and drive sustainable progress.
International Women’s Day
We also celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8th, honoring the achievements and contributions of women in our communities. This day highlights our commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment. We organize events and activities to raise awareness, promote women’s rights, and support their development in various fields. Our celebration reaffirms our dedication to creating an inclusive society where women can thrive and lead.
National Farmers Day
National Farmers Day on December 23rd is a significant day for us. On this day, we honor the invaluable contributions of farmers by inviting all farmers from our block to celebrate. On this day, we recognize their hard work and dedication, and we also raise awareness about organic farming and the benefits of using organic fertilizers. Our goal is to support sustainable agricultural practices and empower farmers with the knowledge to improve their livelihoods and the environment.
Parents’ Anniversary
On behalf of our organization, we observe Parents’ Anniversary with a heartfelt tribute. On this special occasion, an honourable religious and spiritual program for the dead parents of our organisation’s members is organized, offering a space for remembrance and solace. As a gesture of support during their time of grief, we also present them with some gifts, showing our solidarity and care during this time of grief.
Maharashtra Agriculture Day
Maharashtra Agriculture Day is observed at NVBSS on July 1 to honor the father of the Green Revolution in Maharashtra, Vasantrao Phulsing Naik. This day commemorates his significant contributions to the growth of the agricultural sector. World Soil Day
On December 5th, we celebrate World Soil Day to emphasize the importance of healthy soil and sustainable soil management.
