Capacity Building Awareness Programme
We will enhance our efforts with a Capacity Building Awareness Program for Self Help Group (SHG) women, farmers. Our initiatives will include expanding the number of SHGs, establishing Farmer Clubs, Village Water Committees (VWC), Self-Management Systems (SMS), and forming Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO). These steps aim to empower women, improve agricultural practices, and foster community development.
Climate-Proofing Adaptation Activity
In our future plans, we are introducing Climate-Proofing Adaptation activities to enhance resilience against climate change. This includes soil sample testing to optimize soil health, Bio-Vermi Compost Production for sustainable fertilization, and the promotion of green manuring crops to enrich soil nutrients. Additionally, we will encourage mixed intercropping practices to boost agricultural diversity and productivity. These initiatives aim to improve environmental sustainability and support adaptive farming practice
Tree Plantation
Tree plantation initiatives are already underway in schools through our organization. We are committed to continuing these efforts, promoting environmental awareness and sustainability among students. Our goal is to expand these activities and foster a greener future for generations to come.

Youth Development will be a key focus of our upcoming projects. We plan to initiate skill development training programs to enhance employability and provide financial support through low-interest loans for entrepreneurial ventures. We will also offer assistance to needy youths for further studies, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations. Our aim is to empower the next generation with the skills and resources needed for a brighter future.
Soil Conservation & Improvement
In our future projects, we will focus on Soil Conservation & Improvement by implementing several key measures. Promoting crop rotation and cover cropping to maintain soil fertility, constructing terraces and contour bunding to prevent soil erosion, and encouraging organic farming practices such as composting and reduced chemical use. We will also introduce soil testing and the use of green manures to enhance soil health and sustainability, ensuring long-term agricultural productivity.
Water Conservation
Water Conservation is a vital part of our forthcoming plans. We will implement rainwater harvesting systems to capture and store rainwater, construct check dams and percolation tanks to recharge groundwater, and promote drip irrigation and other efficient irrigation techniques to minimize water waste. Additionally, we will conduct awareness campaigns to educate communities on water-saving practices and support the restoration of traditional water bodies to ensure sustainable water management.
Conservation of Traditional Resources
We will also extend our focus for the future on the Conservation of Traditional Resources such as organic fertilizers and other sustainable practices. Our efforts will include promoting the use of bio-vermi compost and green manures, encouraging traditional seed preservation, and supporting organic farming methods. By revitalizing these time-honored techniques, we aim to enhance soil health, reduce chemical dependency, and preserve agricultural heritage, ensuring sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices for future generations. This approach will help maintain ecological balance and support long-term agricultural productivity.
